At this time, clients are not yet allowed to enter the building at Family Pet Health. While we eagerly look forward to the day when you are able to join your pet in the exam room, our curbside drop-off procedures are designed to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus in order to protect the health of our clients and staff. However, our clinic is still open to care for your family pet(s) with modified check-in and check-out procedures. We created a short video that explains the process that you can see on this page. Just give us a call once you arrive at our office and we will assist you with transferring your pet to our care. If you call and get our voicemail because we are on the phone, please call back in 30-60 seconds to let us know you are here.
During the exam itself, we have the ability to live stream your pet with our treatment staff should you wish to watch from your car or at home. The telemedicine option even lets you talk with the doctor during the exam just like you could previously from the room. We use Zoom which you can find on the App Store or on Google Play. If you have any questions about using the app, just let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you in setting it up.
We offer a range of other online and electronic services for your convenience, and team members are happy to support you in setting up any of these services. If you haven’t already:
You may use our app to:
-
Request appointments (both at our office or in your home)
-
Send text and email messages
-
Refill medications
-
Order pet food
-
Check your pet’s medical records
-
Check your pet rewards points balance
